Certificate III in Aboriginal Site Works
About the Course:
The Certificate III in Aboriginal Sites Work (AHC32516) can provide opportunities for meaningful on country employment and better capacity for Aboriginal groups to manage their own cultural heritage.
Aboriginal Land Services has partnered with South Regional TAFE (RTO Code 52790) to deliver this nationally-recognised course. The training can be completed over 6-12 months and is tailored to individual needs. Training is delivered mostly on-country under the supervision of elders and trainers.
To be awarded the certificate students must complete 15 units made up of nine core units and six electives. Participants and Aboriginal Corporations can choose which electives best meet their aspirations and future employment requirements.
